Notes on the First Periodic Convention and the subsequent developments of the resolutions and decisions made,

as well as the new resolutions and decisions made therefrom and from the First Periodic Convention,

held April 1, 2 & 3, 2004ev, Newark, NJ U.S.A.

PC 1. Decision on the production of an Electromagnetic Field and Wave Generator

The G.E.C. came to no decision on the first agenda item; due to lack of information.  Questions were raised as

to its viability and the feasibility of completing such a product.  The Rector of the Church of Thelemic

Gnosticism (C.T.G.) has agreed to produce a fact-finding study and advise the G.E.C. upon completion.

These notes have been submitted with further research and discussion warranted.

PC 2.  Decision on whether or not to proceed with creation of ORMUS Study

The G.E.C. deems it a worthy goal to pursue a project dedicated to a re-constituting of the 'Ark of the

Covenant' (as discussed in the ORMUS research) along the lines of the ancient Egyptian science as known also

to the Israelites.  This will serve as a central talisman for the A.M.H.R. as an organization.  The Rector of the

G.C.L. has agreed to pursue technical research towards this end.

Research has been completed on this issue and the charge has been given to complete this project.

PC 3. Consensus Resolutions on development of the Society of Churches

The G.E.C. has devised the beginnings of an official curriculum in order to foster a common paradigm upon

which its members may more readily build their association for one another.  To this end, the Breviary of the

G.C.L. is the foundation.  In addition to this, significant works may be added that support the development of

those ideas fitting in with the agenda of the A.M.H.R.  Two items were readily appended to this list:  The

Alchemy Key by Stuart Nettleton (in support of the ORMUS project) and The Emerald Tablet of Thoth the

Atlantean, an anonymous manuscript with unique scientific hints that holds the potential for revealing a

              potentially powerful and ancient technology.

This has been abandoned as interfering with the individual autonomy of each member church.

PC 4. Official Commentaries on issues pertinent to the Order

The G.E.C. has determined to produce a scholarly commentary on all the ancient religious texts in relation to

the "Divine Law" propagated by Liber AL vel Legis.  The Rector of the Thelemic Ecclesia Gnostica Antigua

(T.E.G.A.) has agreed to take on this task on behalf of the A.M.H.R.

Spirited discussion was had on the development of a canonized set of works, similar to an evolving Zohar and that

includes such works as the DOzmt Index and its commenataries and the evolving EQ being developed between

Frater Apollonius and Frater Abraxas.  Further ideas involve the inclusion of CCXXXI experimentation and

aethyric skryings; all leading to the goal of producing new Gnosis, which is the central function of any proper

              magickal lodge.

PC 5. Adding T.E.G.A. Rites to A.M.H.R. Canon

The G.E.C. has determined that T.E.G.A. should develop the Bishop Ordination to be adopted by the A.M.H.R.

Along with this, it is to develop the 'Twin Mass,' which will serve the A.M.H.R. as a study in polarity, while

expressing the individual path of T.E.G.A.

A formal ordination program has been outlined to include specific seminary-styled classes.  Frater Abraxas and

Frater Apollonius are working to establish the viability of Thelemic Philosophy in academic circles.

PC 6. Production of a volume of the Equinox

The G.E.C. has collectively decided to fund and produce a volume of the Equinox for the A.'.A.'. with

production to commence with the Period of Speech, Vernal Equinox, AN CV (2009ev).  This will be made

publicly accessible to the Internet with a private production being printed and distributed at cost.  Ten

numbers were thematically layed-out and will be pursued privately during this Period of Silence.

Development on this issue has been temporarily tabled.

           PC 7. Reconstructing A.O.M. Program

The G.E.C. has determined to re-draft the A.O.M. program in accord with the new Gnosis as revealed by DOzmt

and I-Ged.  This will result in a new production of the Sepher Colloquium that will be issued privately.

Development on this issue is being vigorously pursued in private.

Notes on the Second Periodic Convention; including new developments and decisions made, and held

March 21, 2009ev, Clifton Park, NY U.S.A.

PC 8. This year, we incorporated in Saratoga County, NY and opened a checking account.  The idea is to

ultimately purchase real property in order to establish church services.  To this end, an effort will be made to

establish credit this year.  An effort will also be made to establish funds for subsequent property purchases for the

              other churches.

PC 9. We have been aggressively pursuing a Grant writing program to establish scholarships for local students in

the Liberal Arts for undergraduate study.  The idea is to reward the development of soul in the community and

create funding for the establishment of our church.

PC 10. The development of a regular, Internet broadcast program on Thelemic Philosophy in a round-table

discussion format on YouTube. And also the production of informative programs, such as a video production of

              the Gnostic Mass.

PC 11. Frater Sirivs will start redeveloping the A.M.H.R. website as well as developing a website for the Gnostic

              Church of Crux Ansata.

              Member Church Mission Statements

              Gnostic Church of Crux Ansata

The pursuit of spiritual farming, meditation and ritual is the specific operating theme of this church, which invites the

participation of others but does not seek a collective approach; but simple participation for those

seeking a general education in this area.

              Gnostic Church of Draconis

Interested in the production of formal classes for philosophical education and the establishment of a lodge of the

              AOM.

              Ecclesia Gnostica L.V.X. Occulta

Concerned with A.’.A.’. work and the establishment of community for those in the local lineage.

              Gnostic Church of L.V.X.

To establish a fully functioning church within our local community that appeals to those citizens that have found the

superstition of our traditional Christist churches to insult their intellectual development and yet, seek routine

              spiritual expression.

Held:  April 1, 2 & 3, 2004ev AN C

Newark, NJ  U.S.A.

Scheduled Attendees of the G.E.C.

Runar Karlsen - Lineal Head, Rector T.E.G.A.

Paul Joseph Rovelli - Rector G.C.L.

Paul David Thomas - Rector C.T.G.

Preamble to the Agenda

The Grand Ecumenical Council (G.E.C.) is formulated by the various Rectors of the member churches of the A.M.H.R.  Each Rector is the senior member of the local Council of Elders (C.O.E.), serving as a representative to the A.M.H.R.  The C.O.E. in each church is comprised solely of ordained clergy, initiated into its local lodge of the Archidoxical Order of Magi (A.O.M.).

It has been determined that all resolutions of the G.E.C. will only be made for integral issues important to the A.M.H.R. as an umbrella and in accord with its own agenda.  Each church while holding in common the central rituals of the Gnostic Church of L.V.X. (G.C.L.), may develop their own additional programs in accord with the regional culture wherein it presides and in considering the natural tendencies of the community formed by it.

The Agenda items were discussed as follows...

1. Decision on the production of an Electromagnetic Field and Wave Generator

The G.E.C. came to no decision on the first agenda item; due to lack of information.  Questions were raised as to its viability and the feasibility of completing such a product.  The Rector of the Church of Thelemic Gnosticism (C.T.G.) has agreed to produce a fact-finding study and advise the G.E.C. upon completion.
