Let's start this our second issue, with a quote from this year's Geocosmic Magazine published

by the National Council for Geocosmic Research. In their editorial, Frances M. McEvoy is talking about

Pluto's entry into Sagittarius:

"Whenever Pluto is in a fire sign, and most particularly when it is in Sagittarius, there is a renewal of

gnosticism which insists that all religious experience be based on personal experience rather than

dogma. Gnostics declare that sin is the ignorance of not knowing who one is, and of not experiencing

God directly. It is the search for wisdom rather than belief that drives the Gnostic on his mystical

search for meaning."

This issue also coincides with the formal announcement that we at the Scarlet Hoor have

incorporated the Gnostic Church of L.V.X. Foundation. We are a non-profit religious organization

dedicated to the nurturing of Gnosis in the human race. And I believe our timing is impeccable.

We have also made alliances with the Holy Gnostic Catholic Church, the Universal Gnostic

Church, the American Tarot Association, and or course, the Holy Order of Ra-Hoor-Khuit. And at

present we are working on an alliance with the Eclipsian Order of Magickians founded by a group of

Mensans. This fits well with the nature of this Pluto transit (to 2008ev). Again, quoting McEvoy:

"Sagittarius has a global, universal instinct rather than the intense tribalism that characterizes the sign

Scorpio"

Note that in our first issue we said that we would focus on the doctrine of Thelema without

regards to any one particular lineage. This could be reinterpreted as a call for the uniting of various

Thelemic bodies. And our editorial bend will not change in this regard. And while that will remain a

constant, we also are calling for the uniting of all Gnostic bodies. Pluto has been in Scorpio long

enough and that time has come to an end. We have seen enough fundamentalism with its warring

ways both within and without the Thelemic world. Let's seek after that which we share in common

rather than focusing on our differences.

As a last quote, I will quote from the mission statement for the Holy Order of Ra-Hoor-Khuit:

"We accept all traditions except those whose dogma teaches eternal damnation or the subjugation of

women or other groups based on race or creed."

Let's take this to heart; most sincerely!
